Refunds & Returns Policy
Because most of our products are custom-built to order, refunds and returns are handled differently than mass-produced items. Please read carefully before ordering.
Custom-Built Products (Most Orders)
All Joey’s Bowstrings custom strings are built specifically to the selections you provide (bow model, colors, materials, serving options, etc.).
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Omega Pro Series
-
Alpha Series
-
Copperhead Series
-
Any string built using the configurator
We cannot resell or reuse custom-built strings.
Exception: If we make an error in construction or materials, we will fix it. See “Warranty & Errors” below.
Stock / Non-Custom Products
Non-custom, unused products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

Return requested within 7 days of delivery

Product is unused and uninstalled

Product is returned in original condition
Approved returns are eligible for:

Store credit, or
-
Refund minus original shipping costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled only before production begins

Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled
If you need to request a change, contact us immediately.
Warranty & Errors
We stand behind our work.
If your order arrives with:

Incorrect specifications

Manufacturing defects
-
Errors caused by us
We will repair or replace the product at no cost.
To request a warranty claim:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos
Normal wear, improper installation, or damage caused by use is not covered.
Incorrect Bow Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate bow model and specification information during checkout.
We are not responsible for fitment issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information entered at the time of order.
If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help.
Shipping Issues
If a package is lost or damaged in transit:

Contact us as soon as possible

Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped.
